Marcella Eastman Terrace

Marcella Eastman Terrace is a state financed moderate income family development made up of 1, 2, 3 and 4 Bedroom units.  Rents are the greater of 30% of the household income or the minimum rent.  Tenants are responsible for their own oil/gas heat and hot water, electricity, and water usage.  Tenants must furnish their own electric stove and refrigerator.  Tenants are responsible to mow their own lawn, shovel their walks, and keep their yard neat, clean and free of debris.  Trash removal is provided by the Town of Windham.  The lease is month to month.  Tenants may terminate the lease with a 15 day written notice.   The security deposit is the greater of $100.00 or one months' rent.
